| The Vestry would not be good stewards of God’s blessings if we did not take this opportunity to strengthen the foundation of St. James’ during this time of renewal.
As you may recall, last year the Vestry appointed a “Vision Committee” to help us in this task by looking at what God is calling St. James’ to do over the next few years.
The Vestry is deeply grateful to Pete Silvester, who chaired the Committee, and the other members of the Vision Committee for their excellent work.
The Vestry held an on-site retreat on April 14 to discuss the report and we are using it as a framework for our deliberations.
Copies of the Vision Committee Report are here on-line and on the table in the hallway, and we ask you to read the report and share your thoughts with members of the Vestry.
The Vision Committee report does not include cost estimates and we will make those available to you as soon as possible. |
